One Word for today: Inspired!
This morning as I was catching up with facebook friends, one of them, Tyrah posted this video on “Love the Process” a woman’s journey about hooping. Ok, so I secretly have been wanting to try hooping and in fact know someone who is an instructor. But why have I not tried it yet? For the same reason why most people don’t try yoga even when they actually know someone who teaches it. After watching this, hooping is tacked onto my buckletlist for this year

Ok, so I’ve been practicing and I think the hoop we made is too big and heavy…still trying to figure it all out
When I figure out the hoop sizing issue I’ll make a video, like she said it’s good to document the process. Have fun, can’t wait to hear about it and thanks for the links =)
